In general this price covers the tuition for your teachers time, the space of the retreat location, administrative costs, as well as any meals, outings, events, etc. as listed in your chosen retreat. // We do not offer pro-rated retreat costs based on a student arriving late or leaving early. // We reserve the right to cancel a retreat at any time, in which case, you will be given a complete refund. // Payments can be made in full, or in certain cases, partial payments. // Deposits secure your space in the retreat; amounts vary and are listed with each retreat alongside the full payment price. // Payment of the balance, minus the deposit, must be complete before 45 days ahead of the retreat start date. // If you would like to make payment installments between the time of your registration/deposit payment and the final balance due date, please email us and we will be happy to help you set this up. // We accept credit card and bank transfer payments online through our secure transaction provider. All credit cards, as well as PayPal payments are accepted. You will receive an immediate email receipt of your payment - deposit, partial, or in-full; if you do not receive an email receipt showing your retreat payment purchase, please email us right away. // We also accept payment by personal check and USD money orders. Please email us to confirm this choice so we know to be expecting your payment in the mail. Checks should be mailed to our physical address, PO Box 223821, Princeville, HI 96722. You will receive an email confirmation of receipt the day your payment arrives at our mailbox. There is a $30 charge for checks returned due to insufficient funds.

Arriving IN kauai
We recommend making travel arrangements to arrive in Kauai the day before the first day of your retreat to ensure you can be present for the first session. We would like to make sure you have arrived safely in Kauai and invite you to reach out to us when you land in Lihue; and if needed please do be in contact with us if your travel has been interrupted or you are experiencing flight delays. Included in your Resource List will be contacts for airport transfers, taxis, on-island car rentals, and multiple options for lodging.
All Kauai Retreats take place primarily on the property of the Church of the Pacific/North Shore Community Center. We have a large gathering room with padded chairs. Our location is central to many necessities, however if there are certain items you may not be comfortable traveling without, let us know and we can advise you.
Nearest to our facilities is The North Shore Medical Center, only 7 minutes by car, open Monday-Friday. If you have specific concerns regarding medical care access in Kauai, there are additional medical service providers, clinics, and hospitals in Kapa'a, Lihue, and along the South shore. Your Resource List will provide the name and phone numbers of these clinics you may want to be aware of before you travel.
